We don't want you to have anything from Lovealab.com that isn't completely satisfactory. You may return
merchandise up to seven days after receiving your order. During the holidays, we extend our returns deadline.
Orders shipped between November 1, 2005 and December 24, 2005 may be returned until January 12, 2005
Please note: we do not refund shipping costs on returned merchandise unless the return is a result of our error.
Should you receive defective merchandise, of course, we’ll be happy to replace the item or refund your money.
How do I return merchandise?
If you wish to return an item, send it along with a copy of your receipt to TM Orlando Enterprises LLC, P.O. Box 4422,
Mountain View, CA, 94040. Enclose a note telling us:
- Why you're returning the item (for example, damaged in transit)
- The name and address to which we should send your refund or exchange
- A phone number or email address so we can contact you if we have questions
